When is the 2023 WGST?
The tour is Saturday November 4, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday November 5,
1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Do I need a ticket?
No tickets are needed for the tour. All you need is an appreciation for art and a spirit for adventure!

How much does it cost?
Participation is totally free and it’s is a fun way to shop for the holidays and connect with the community.

Where does the tour start?
The tour begins just outside of your driveway. Start at any studio location and tour as many spots as you want. You can print a map,  pick one up at any studio location or simply use our interactive map

What if it rains?
If it rains, bring umbrellas and high spirits! The tour is on come rain or come shine!

Can I pay for art using a credit card?
Some, but not all, studios will have the capability to accept credit cards as payment. If you are shopping for art you may want to bring cash or checks just to be safe.

How much does the average piece of art cost?
There is a wide variety of art on the tour. You can purchase anything from art note-cards for $12 to large paintings in the thousands. The choice is yours!

Is this an annual event?
Yes, the tour is an annual activity that takes place the first weekend in November.

How do I participate as an artist?
Every year we accept applications from area artists to participate in the World’s Greatest Studio Tour. Contact Cindy Houston, media3693@aol.com for an application.

How do I become a sponsor?
Sponsors are an important part of making the yearly tour happen. Please contact Cindy Houston, media3693@aol.com if you would like to become a sponsor.
